LawnPride Recede 125ml
Recede 125mL is top line soil conditioning product developed and made in Australia. It’s point-of-difference is an exclusive formula that improves water infiltration and penetration into all soil types. Recede is particularly effective on loam and clay soils and consists of the active ingredients – 48% Alkyl Sulphate (ALS) and 52% inert ingredients.
Recede is suitable for Buffalo, Zoysia, Couch and Kikuyu grasses at an applicate rate with a sprayer of 10mL per 5L of clean water per 100m2. The 124mL bottle treats 1000m2 in total.
Of note, Recede prepares the soil for a deeper and faster inflow of water. Increased water penetration results in less run-off, evaporation, and reduces the amount of standing water in previously wet areas.
Recede promotes the breakdown of soil compaction and produces a more open, better-aerated soil profile. The treated soil is than more oxygenated which results in deeper and more uniform root growth. Resistance to heat and foot traffic stress is also enhanced.
For best usage, apply when soils become saturated. Recede can be used in cooler months to prevent the soil’s rootzone from becoming over-saturated. Only 2 to 3 monthly applications are required. And apply a maximum of 6 applications per year.
